Suzanne has considerable experience working as a consultant, facilitator and trainer with stakeholders and organisations from across the private and public sectors, particularly in the areas of innovation, engagement and communication, strategic development and training.
Suzanne is a certified Facilitation Practitioner having successfully completed the APMG International course.
Suzanne previously worked as the Senior Training Consultant within the Northern Ireland Civil Service with development, design and delivery responsibility for all Strategic and Policy orientated courses.
Suzanne has experience of working within the Northern Ireland Innovation Lab where she has engaged with internal and external stakeholders from all sectors in breaking down large complex strategic problems into more manageable portions for progression.
Suzanne studied law at university and believes this foundation has provided the platform that has assisted her in developing the required skills to excel in delivering successful outcomes for organisations, divisions, teams and individuals.
