This 3 hour online  course primarily focuses on the different stages of the facilitation process and their relevant requirements, taking account of the different facilitation skills, tools and techniques that stimulate group dynamics in event and meeting settings to deliver effective results.

 

Effective facilitation is about designing and delivering a process that simulates groups or teams to work together to maximise their contributions to achieve a particular purpose or set of objectives.  

 

 

While delivery of this course is online, the focus is on facilitating in a face to face environment. Discussion on the challenges and benefits of online/virtual facilitation will be considered during the event.
